To rent a vehicle from us, you must:
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, unless otherwise agreed. Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Rental packages include specific kilometer limits. Excess kilometers will be charged at applicable rates communicated at the time of booking.
The vehicle is insured against theft and third-party liability. However, the renter is responsible for:
Late returns are subject to additional charges. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us immediately.
Our chauffeurs are trained professionals. However, if you have any concerns about driver behavior, please report immediately.
For multi-day outstation trips, the customer is responsible for providing reasonable accommodation and meals for the driver.
Included waiting time varies by package. Additional waiting time will be charged at applicable rates.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
